Dad, I have just brought a part of you home with me to Sydney. I love that I got to have coffee with you this morning and that I can include you in my life here. I know you missed me and were sad that I had moved so far. Your memory will shine brightly in my life forever and I thank you for leaving me with such a wonderful and unique set of childhood memories. My love for you will always spill over and I am lucky to have that for comfort at this really tough time.
